Diablo 2 Randomly crashing

Hi, I’m having issue with my D2r its randomly crashing and I cant end task, when I try to end task It’ll hang my whole pc. Neither can I shut down or restart from windows It’ll say d2r is stopping the pc from shutting down and when I click on shut down anyway the pc hangs.
I have to turn off my pc by holding the power button.
It’ll happen consistently for a few times back to back and It’ll work for hours with no issue and it’ll come back randomly.

My pc is a new pc I built myself
ryzen 5 3600
rtx 3060ti
aorus b550i
corsair vengence 2x8gb ram

settings
very high

gpu usage 90%

No other games have caused my pc to crash

You’re not the only one. My game randomly with or without and error message. Not only that, I’m continuously disconnected from games with major lag issues. I feel bad for the hard core players, glad I dodged that bullet.

Randomly crash to desktop. Play 2 min and crash. than 2 min again crash. Usually when i teleported. i have win 10 64 bit ryzen 5 5500U notebook 8 Gb DDR4. Pls fix it.

yeah, and what if i dont have nvidia card? I have ryzen 5 5500U with integrated amd gpu…
