I found a fix - at least for my problem. My game would just exit to desktop every 1-15 minutes. No errors - nothing. I tried every graphics combination possible - no change. I disabled NVidia Geforce Experience Overlay. That fixed it. It blows my mind. I been playing last night and all today with only a crash for 4+ hours. To disable it, open up GeForce Experience, click on the cog wheel in the top right next to your name, and then turn off in-game overlay. I Hope this helps some people.
If you are not using an NVIDIA GPU, or if you’re crashing with an error message, then this will not fix your problem.
