Battle.net desktop app constantly logout itself then gives me the error “we couldn’t verify your account with that information” when i try login back, even though my password is correct. I changed my password, it gives the same error and I cannot log in.
For account-related issues you need to open a ticket. No one in the forum, which is largely community supported, can assist with those issues.
Well seems like many people had logout problem, not just me. I thought this is common problem.
