Around 15-20 minutes wait on average for every game creation on Asia realm. Latency is fine once in the game but it just takes way too long to create games.
Just talked to a support agent and they basically just told me to wait because the dev team look at this forum everyday believe it or not. The original post was posted on August 19 last year and there’s still no updates from Blizzard?
Pretty poor service tbh, can you at least give us some kind of update as an indication that you are actually looking into this issue? it’s really frustrating.
