I cannot believe how hard it is to submit a ticket to talk to customer support about an issue I’m having in game. I pay $15 a month baseline and I LITERALLY cannot submit a ticket to talk to a customer support individual about an issue that is preventing me enjoying the service I pay for.

Your best bet is to post on the WoW Customer Support forum. There are no GMs there, but it is an Information Desk where you can get help navigating the Support system, explanations of policies, help with services, etc.
They can also tell you if what you are asking for is not something that GMs can provide.
It is staffed by Blizz Blues during their shifts and has a lot of helpful regulars.
It is not a replacement for a ticket, but it can help get you sorted and help you properly request assistance.
