Character stuck

Had my character drop through the world on WoW retail, tried the blizzard unstuck option. They told me I needed to stay logged out until I got an email response saying it’s been corrected. Was estimated a few minutes but it’s been over an hour. This is my first time dealing with this problem. How long should I actually expect to wait? Can I play on other characters?

If this is not resolved, you will want to post on the WoW Customer Support forum. It is not staffed 24/7 but if a Blue blizzard poster is around they can see if your ticket is still in queue or not.
