Character locked due to Billing Issue

Can not use one of my characters in my account. All other characters are playable but this one says “locked due to billing issue”. I do not have any billing issues.

This forum is for technical issues (installation, disconnect, crashes) on the Battle.Net Desktop App – the Launcher.

This appears to be for World of Warcraft; if so, you can try a post on the WoW Customer Support forum and see if you can get help from the Blizzard people there. The Blizzard folks there aren’t Game Masters but they might be able to help unlock your character. If not, they can advise you on what you need to do (a ticket, I suspect).
