Can't buy Warcraft 1 & 2 Remastered in Brazil

Hello,

I don’t know what’s going on but the page to buy the new versions of the games does not load for Brazilian users, either on the browser or Battle.net app.

I want to know if we’ll be able to purchase this game here or not.

I’m facing the same issue. we try to open the page to purchase the battle chest and it shows the page saying " Hmm…looks like there’s nothing here."

Only Warcraft 2 Remastered and Warcraft 3 Reforged are available here in Brazil for now on the shop. If a user tries to click on the button “Relieve the Legend” to access the bundle, an error occurs because, for some reason, Warcraft 1 Remastered isn’t available.

Same here since the announcement all store pages open but the warcraft battle chest if you open the console of your browser it gets a 404 error loading the network content, the store needs to fix it.

Updating all of you… With a vpn it opens, that sucks

Can’t buy, only shows the “nothing here” message…
Don’t find more information that this thread.
Doesn’t know if this is a bug, or we will not be able to buy it here…

Still unable to buy.
Tomorrow is a Holiday here and could use that time to play, but I’ll use to be frustrated once more…

Blizzard, at least an acknowledge that you are looking into this and will get back please? Haven’t you learned that this is far better than leave us on blank for days?

It is very frustating that for the first time in years I am interestd in something from Blizzard and can’t even access the page to even see the price of the game.

I left a message on the most recent post of the BlizzardCS_PT account on twitter. I encourage you guys to do the same and I will keep leaving messages everytime I see a new post until we can actually buy the product.

Hopefully they will at the very least acknowledge the problem.

You where able to buy and download?
After that, disconnecting from the network, resetting your computer, you can play this normally?

No i was not able to purchase it even because when you add to cart it redirects you and if you re-login it keeps your location, what i was able to see is that in uk, usa, argentina, colombia all the store pages open it’s something with the brazillian one specifically, even the network request to the api is the same, it’s literally a geoblock

Tried with VPN and couldn’t buy it as well. What’s going on, Blizzard?

I opened a ticket to ask and basically they said that the game is in the process of being released in the Brazilian store but they didn’t tell me a release date, only that we would have to wait
