I’ve been attempting to update my game files and i keep getting Oops! Looks like something broke. Give it another shot.

I have cycled through the restart application/run repair tool and I am able to log in and play other Blizzard games. I have no idea why my game wouldn’t be able to update.
I began to do the scan and repair and after 22%, I stopped it and it started to update. IDK if that would work for you but it is worth a try
Currently having the same issue, any solutions found? I tried scanning, the scan fails as well and I have entirely reinstalled and now WOW wont even install with the same error.
I did the exact same thing and I am having the exact same issue. I even went so far as to make sure windows was up to date, re-formatted the drive WoW is installed on, re installed battlenet and verified battlenet was allowed firewall access… still won’t download or update
Having same issue. Tried repairing, tired updating all windows updates, all video card drivers, reinstalled battle.net, updated to battle.net beta, ran launcher as admin only, ran battle.net as admin only, still nothing works.

Having the same issue. So far I have uninstalled bnet and WoW, checked firewall, attempted bnet repair. Nothing works so far.
Solution that worked for me was exiting the Tradeskillmaster App helper that was running in my system tray. After that was off, bnet was finally able to start updating WoW.
I am still having this issue. I have tried all the solutions that the error page suggested as well as the things that people have stated here, and I still can’t reinstall any version of WoW.
Edit: I don’t know what happened, but I started playing another game, gave one more try and it has started working, lets see if it finishes.
Having this issue on WoW Classic. It was working fine earlier today, but I just went to play and it said there was an update, so I clicked update and got this same error message.
I’m on a wired connection, I tried closing all other apps, rebooting thee battle.net app, rebooting my PC, I have no other security software that would be blocking anything, etc. I also tried uninstalling and now when I try reinstalling I get the error message. I also tried running Battlenet as administrator and nothing changed.
I tried installing other blizzard games on battle.net and they installed and updated fine.
Left the launcher sitting open for about an hour - was finally able to reinstall/update, despite how slow the download was.
It’s troubling that no one from Blizzard has responded to this issue.
This is a P2P troubleshooting forum for the Bnet desktop app. There are no staff in this forum. Additionally, WoW is a separate team.
So where do you recommend folks seek help with this issue?
Yep same problem for me. Worked fine yesterday. Would be great if they would stop breaking things
