Cannot install battle.net

Hello today my downloading was stuck in battle.net so i tryed to uninstall it and i couldnt so i deleted some folders like i found in some tutorial and i then i was kinda stuck so i did this

  1. [Uninstall ] the Blizzard app. If it’s not allowing you to uninstall, you can manually delete the folder (usually located in Program Files (x86)). If the Battlenet folder isn’t located on your computer and Windows still says the Blizzard app is installed, then this is a problem with the Windows registry. You can find steps on fixing that .
  2. Next open the temp locations and delete any Battlenet and Blizzard folders you see in each location. Press Windows Key + R and type:
    • %LOCALAPPDATA%
    • %APPDATA%
    • %TEMP%
    • %PROGRAMDATA%
  3. Finally go ahead and reinstall the app from [here ]. Make sure you run as [Admin ].
    and it didnt help i tryed multiple restart etc and still nothing when installing im stuck on updating Blizzard agent when installing battle.net

Same here,I couldnt download the overwatch update so i uninstalled the blizard agent, i deleted all cash and try to reinstall as admin (and i have all the persmissions) and its not working

Possible Workaround/Hotfix:

same here but it is stuck on like 30% (before it was like 50%) and when i right click on the Battle.net icon and press on “battle.net Setup” it says BLZBNTBTS0000000B Another copy of Battle.net Setup is already running on this computer.

Well i have the same issue and tryed a lot of things after a while i checked the logfiles and tada its not my fault the server is not responding to the download requests. So nothing WE can do its Blizzards Server which is faulty.

Same Problem. Hope it gets fixed by tomorrow. I want to play Warzone. I was getting mental because i´ve installed a new graphics card and a fresh Win10 and thought I made a mistake or something -.-

I’m having a similar issue on macOS Catalina. On the installation screen, it sits on 0% for a few minutes before showing any progression. I’m wondering if it is a server issue on Blizz’s part? As of typing this I’m at 3% installation progress. I know it isn’t anything on my end because I can connect to any other website just fine without issue.
