I’ve been trying to transfer my toon but it keeps telling me I have an heirloom which I do not. Bags, bank, void and a naked character. What can I do? I’ve waited over 12 hours now and still same issue.
You will need to either put in a ticket for Purchase Failure to have a GM look, or you can try posting on the WoW Customer Support forum.
Sometimes a friendly player can give you a few tips, or a Blue might be able to check if they are around (it is not staffed 24/7 and they are not GMs).
