I have pre paid to play BO6 and but after the last update call of duty file wont even start in battlenet. It also hasnt downloaded the beta but in the BO6 view it say that it is i my library. When i got the confirmation for the order i havent got the redemtion code on my email. I have tried everything, reinstal all of COD, battlenet, scan and repair but the COD file wont start in battlenet. I am out of ideas. frustrating to pay for something that doesn’t work normally as it use to do. Anybody have som helping
advice?

Let’s go a step at a time… I find that your post is very confusing.
Have you installed the BO 6 Beta ?
If no, see the following 2 topics:

In games i have: CoD (Beta), Black obp Cold War, ModernWarfare And Black ops 4, but no BO6. And as i says in my Shop for BO6 its says in library

You need to upload your picture to a picture hosting website… https://imgur.com/ and https://imgbb.com/ are common. When you upload a new picture, the website provides you with a link to access the picture… you need to put that link in your post.

Posting clickable links is restricted to players with a “Trust Level” of “Regular” or TL 3… Others need to convert the link to Preformatted Text… to do that:
- Highlight the link in your post; and
- Click on the </> button at the top of the composition window…
The link won’t be clickable… but we can copy / paste your link in our browser to look at it.
Looks like you have part of Call of Duty already installed…
If you click on “Call of Duty” just above the Play button (“Game Version”), is BO 6 Beta available ?
If not, verify that it is installed…
- Click on the toothed wheel to the right of Play and
- Click on “Modify Install”
The installation screen should show up… is BO 6 Beta selected ? if not, select it to download it.

seems to suggest you need to launch Call of Duty first, and then select BO 6 Beta.
If “Call of Duty” doesn’t launch, you will need to contact Activision Support.
same this with me, when look up the game in Battel net it tells me that it is already in liberary but once i open the game i can’t play it nor i can find it in modify installaion
btnet agent cant update… because check CRL for update site certificate cant check… you can fing agent logs in btnet folder… so there is a problem with digicert site… no any solution… just wait

Goto task manager … click on the devices tab. Then at the top look for agent.exe… end that task ans your game should launch… i was havinf mg the same issue for the last 3 weeks and finally figured it out… hope it woemeka for ya…
