Call of Duty won't launch on Windows 11

I recently had to get a new SSD and installed both battle.net and COD MW/Warzone and COD Black Ops and neither will launch now, after multiple reinstalls. If you click launch, it will say launching, and then “Playing now” showing on your taskbar as a white sheet of paper as if it didn’t have the program installed. The game will also show in task manager that it’s using resources but will not launch. I’ve tried repair installations, and just about everything I can think of and it won’t launch. I have the newest Nvidia drivers, and I’m running a fully updated version of Windows 11. This is rather frustrating that it doesn’t seem to work no matter how I launch it (through the battle.net app, or the root folder of the game) that it just will not launch. I made sure to exclude it from my antivirus program but that didn’t seem to make a difference. PC specs from msinfo below:

I believe Windows 11 isn’t officially supported yet. It’s not in the public release channel and is still part of the Microsoft Insider program.
