BLZBNTBGS80000023 Log in session has expired?!

It seams to be fixed since yesterday for me.

2-3 weeks dealing with this problem i report and feedback this error but seems not fixed :S

It’s started working for me. I changed my password to something really complicated and new, then a couple of days later it started working (after an update) so no idea what the fix was.

Sure. I could go through all that melodrama or maybe…
The super intelligent people working at Battle Net could undo whatever they did that caused this mess in the first place?
Why are Devs allowed to break things and just expect us to fix it for them?

Keeps doing this for me as well. I have to log in with password as it says ‘offline’ in the box to the right, and I am not offline. I log in and have to use my password daily. VERY annoying!

I’ve been seeing a quick ‘security check’ box that pops during login, so I’m beginning to think whatever they added in security is doing this.

Your login session has expired. Please log in again.

This is getting really frustrating, been ongoing for months, stopped for a couple of weeks and now it’s back. It really shouldn’t be this difficult to fix!

I saw a few people say this is fixed, but I want to confirm that as of Nov. 8th it’s still happening here.

I am having same problem every time I restart my computer: BLZBNTBGS80000023 and relogin again.

If people are still having this problem after reinstalling everything or making clean/new installs, for me this smells like an issue in the Battlenet app code or they broke their auth backend token management.

Best thing is (typical Blizzard) 0 communication, feedback or support from them. Maybe you are needing some Support Engineers I guess? One here with 10 years of exp, saying just in case…

This problem is still happening for me as well on 11/15. I keep hoping for an update to the app but no luck yet.

I also have this problem for two months now. Fix your stuff already.

But it was closed for inactivity and seems to be a bit old.
Maybe the issue was fixed but came back.
I remember having it a few months ago then not at all and now it’s been back for a few weeks.

Same problem here, I keep getting the BLZBNTBGS80000023 error almost every-single-day.

Seems like a huge bug if the session management itself is broken.

Same issue here on PC. Now I always have to put my password, multiple times a day…

I have the same issue, so still not fixed

I actually can’t sign in at all, despite a complete reinstall of bnet and clearing all blizz folders. Bnet invited me to log in, asks me to agree the new EULA, asks me again to agree the new EULA, and then tells me my session has expired.

Ok, I played yesterday with no issue. There hasbeen an EULA update and won’t let me proceed coming back and forth to “agree the terms” and “login expired”
