Update. It started to work again.
**My phone battle.net application started to work by itself after 2 hours perhaps. **My desktop application started to work 30 mins later, here I did all sort of resets and stuff, not sure if anything helped or if it was account based.

I’m getting error BLZBNTBGS80000011 while trying to start the Battle net destop app and login to EU (where I have always played.)
The most weird thing is that I couldn’t connect with my mobile blizzard app either but the battle.net website has worked all time to login and check. I’ve tried to logout all devices from battle.net and tried to reconnect as well.
After uninstalling, deleting all files and reinstalling the battle.net application on my computer I have gotten the authenticator request triggered and approved from my phone. The desktop app recognizes the approval and tries to go on and log me in but after some time I’m prompted with BLZBNTBGS80000011
The weird thing is that I can connect to America and Asia…But EU doesn’t work at all. I’ve followed these 2 troubleshooting steps:

In addition to the troubleshooting at this link, you can try these steps:
Ensure that you are using the correct email, password, authenticator combination.
Check the region and account on the Blizzard Application.

I’m having the same problem since yesterday.
Hey there enel,
If you’re able to connect using a different connection this confirms that the issue is isolated to the network your normally use. You will need to contact your ISP for assistance, as they may adjust specific security/firewall settings on your modem or temporarily replace the device to determine what is preventing you from connecting to the EU servers.

You have high hopes for ISP’s. Fortunately, it started to work on itself today. I’m not convinced the problem was on my end since there seems to be several other people having the same problem at the same time, but it doesn’t matter anymore.

Same problem here. Been having this problem for a couple of days.
I’ve been having the same problem last couple of days.The only thing I haven’t tried is reinstalling drivers and the App.But Don’t think this will help with anything.It worked fine before that,and I haven’t changed anything on PC.

I got the same issue for the last few days… cant login into Europe region only to Americans

Thanks for your reports, everyone! It’s possible that there’s a common peering issue when reaching the Blizzard servers that we’ll want to check for. It seems on and off that the issue is resolved for a few of you. Let’s gather a WinMTR file running for 5 to 10 minutes to the IP Address/Host: eu.actual.battle.net. Copy and paste the text file created and paste it between two ~~~ like so:

Also when I try to launch the game,after entering my account,it gives me an error: “You have been disconnected. ( BLZ51901016)”

Now when i login into battle.net when i enter CoD MW im getting an error can’t connect to online services.
I have the exactly the same issue. I cant login with my account on the EU servers, the other regions work fine.

And all of a sudden,a couple hours ago,it started working normaly.Alas I lost 2-3 weeks of subscription time.
