BLZBNTAGT00000960 error, tried to reinstall battle.net, windows and delete files 0,1kbs from data still doesnt work. please send me solutions

I have also received this error when trying to update MW WARZONE. I have tried scanning for corrupted files and have not seen any indication that the scan found anything.

I am actually having the exact same issue! My warzone wont load in and continues to say it needs a update then canceling out. I am getting this BLZBNTAGT00000BB8 as well as BLZBNTAGT00000960 code. I have updated my drivers and pc in all aspects and even tried starting it with admin and it wont work.

This is my processor info: Intel(R) Coreā„¢ i7-8750H CPU @ 2.20GHz 2.21 GHz
Ram: 16.0 GB (15.9 GB usable)
Windows 11 Home
Version: 21H2
Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 with Max-Q

Big same, here. BLZBNTAGT00000960 and I didnā€™t see if another one popped up. Doesnā€™t let me do a full uninstall, deleting the data files doesnā€™t work, install takes 2 seconds after and says itā€™s installed. Then gives me the error message again.
I just want to play.

I have the same issue since Dec 2021. and one of the user from here show us the way in order to play warzone with this bug.
so when you open Battle.net click the ā€œOptionsā€(beside the play button) ->Show in Explorer ā†’ open Call of Duty modern Warfare folder ā†’ Open ModernWarfare Application.

it will automatically Lunch the CoD:Warzone. Make sure you open your Battle.net accnt so that i will fetch the file from there and connect your Blizzard accnt.

nope didnt work ur way gave me another error code saying dev error 6345

i got this error last night i tried all troubleshooting steps
tried updating nvidia drivers
tried uninstalling and reinstalling
tried scanning and repairing
i dont have any antiviruses other than windows defender but still this issue is happening

Same issue! obviously the support is non-existent on this POS game.

Managed to fix mine with this trick.

  1. close battle.net launcher completely
  2. Run dialog(windowsbtn+R) and type %ProgramData%
  3. Locate Battle.net folder and delete it
  4. Launch battle.netā€¦
    worked for me allthough i had to reinstall game

I was having the same issues, ran checks on everything. I uninstalled battlenet itself and reinstalled it and I was able to overcome the problem. I donā€™t think that this is going to work for everyone but it worked for me. If I run into the same problem Iā€™ll be back to the forum.
