Blizzard staff? Do you even look at this forum?

Can I get confirmation that even a single person at Blizzard looks at this forum?

There’s a fairly large scale issue with the Android version of the mobile “Authenticator” app, and I’m at a loss on how to get this resolved. There has been a post in this forum regarding “Session expired” for over 2 months with no replies. Not only that, but the entire forum has 0 posts from Blizzard staff, leading me to believe 0 actual Blizzard employees look at this forum.

Please prove me wrong and reply to this, Blizzard Staff.
