My battle.net stopped working and said waiting for update and took forever so i uninstalled battle.net to reinstall it.
NOW im not able to even download the battle.net application as the download stops or restarts automatically.
I had a previous setup so i tried to install that but that too is stuck on updating Blizzard agent. Pls help me fix it as i paid 38.99$ yesterday for my call of duty and i paid the amount so that i could play 
. I have tried everything
I cleared the cache, tried downloading battle.net from different devices even with different connection and vpn. Still nothing is happening. Pls help

I’m having the same issue! I wanted to download B04 so I could play zombies, but I can’t download the Battle.net setup file. It says “Failed - Network Error” every time! I know it’s not me, I’ve tried restarting my pc, using my mobile hotspot, re-installing my network driver. I even tried to download the launcher on my phone so I could transfer it to my pc via usb, but on my phone the download keeps restarting after getting about half-way through. This is starting to get very frustrating and needs to be fixed please! I need stuff to do during my time off from school 
I actually manged to find a another forum post where a customer service agent provided a link that finally worked and installed Battle.net, here’s the forum post link

I had the same problem until a few minutes ago so if none of the other solutions worked try the steps in this link. it won’t let me ad a link for some reason so just put a “.” after “support” and “Blizzard”. Hope this helps.
