Battle.net Mobile App Login Issue - RESOLVED

On July 24 we identified an issue in the Battle.net Mobile app that caused users to not be able to successfully connect to Blizzard servers on both iOS and Android. We’ve since resolved the issue on both platforms:

iOS

  • Users can now connect to Blizzard servers without a required update.

Android

  • Users must update the Battle.net Mobile Application to v1.6.0 through Google Play in order to resolve the issue.
  • You will also be happy to hear that this release includes Battle.net Groups! We will be sending out an update early next week to announce the feature officially.

The problem should now be resolved on iOS, please let us know if you’re still running into issues. We are continuing to look into the problem on Android and will give an update when it’s resolved.

Hello All,

We apologize for the on-going “Oops something went wrong” issue on Android. Unfortunately, it will require an app update to resolve. We will update this thread once the update is available for download through the Google Play Store.

The app update is now live on the Google Play Store! Please download the update to resolve the issue.
