Battle.net causing PC to Freeze

Every time I open the launcher (or if it launches on its own during pc startup), my computer completely freezes if it winds up directly on-screen. The last time it happened, I was able to see that it lost the file location of World of Warcraft…

To clarify, I’ve tried everything - uninstalling, clearing program files, everything… nothing works. I have no idea what to do.

Elbowkilla, That was one of our suspicions given the LKD 141/133 BSODs and the fact that you’re all using Nvidia cards. Thanks for confirming a work around. Can those of you having this issue try the following for us? Download, but do not install the most recent driver for your graphics card from Nvidia Download Display Driver Uninstaller from The Wagnard Mobile Forum (Click Official Download Here near the bottom of Wagnard’s first post. It will automatically download) Run the Display Driver…

Could you give that a try and see if it helps with the freezing issues?

As far as I’m aware, I have already tried this. It changed nothing.

No idea how to do any of that anyway… I know nothing about computers.
