I am a barbarian. I play on Xbox series x. I have a bug where my affixes do not provide additional skill charges as they should. It all started when I had a helmet with +3 to steel grasp. I got a new helmet and rolled for steel grasp charges. I got +2 to steel grasp. When I put the new helmet on it changed my steel grasp to +2 as it should have. Now I am stuck at +2 to steel grasp even if I take off the helmet and put it in my stash. This could be a major exploit if figured out. I want my account fixed. I have tried creating a new character with all fresh looted gear and the same problem persists, +2 to steel grasp. I have deleted the save game file on my Xbox. I have even deleted and reinstalled the game none of this works. I have a unique sword that has +6 to steel grasp and I desperately want to use it. Please help me.
