I hope they accept prepaid numbers coz thatâs very common here in Philippines. I just want to play Warzone and having a prepaid number wonât allow me to play⌠I spent hours of downloading and installing yet I wonât be able to play
stop wasting time on blizzard, their support team are useless. even you have postpaid number it wont help anything. better spend money on other platform, not this trash

Same problem here. Both of my numbers are postpaid, first number doesnât receive anything. Second number is counted as invalid. Contacting support also useless.

Naw Prepaid numbers are too easy to replace.
This is to stop the hacker issue in their game as they donât actually feel like fixing the game.

Have the same issues, however, my brother has the same phone company as me (which is Cricket) and he is on my cricket account we have the same phone plan yet it was able to work for him but not me.

Blizzard doesnât care about the poor people who play their games, they discriminate against low-income people who canât afford to pay for high-end cell service and have chosen a cheaper carrier to save money, This is not Okay everyone should be pissed off about this change and be up in arms

Whatâs aggravating that this is still an ongoing problem 2years later! Iâm from the US and my phone # was originally an AT&T # then I switched to Cricket to save some money. My husband is on my Cricket account but he got in which makes no sense, it took Blizzard almost 2weeks to respond to me and it was literally a copy and paste response from their website that I had already read. Iâm frustrated because I paid $100 for the latest game that I canât even play because my # is not âpostpaidâ but it is. I try my husbandâs #, same response but for some reason heâs able to play the game. If anyone has come up with a way to make this work, itâd be greatly appreciated. Blizzardâs customer support is trash
The support tells me my phone number is attached to a battle net account created using my alternate email. The really great thing is that the log in screen tells me there isnât an account associated with that email address. Iâm caught in a loop of stupidity.
