The quest to obtain the mount item Divine Kiss of Ohn’ahra is not showing up for me and I’ve seen people on the Wowhead forums reporting similar issues despite having both the prerequisite questline done and the Stolen Breath of Ohn’ahras. The NPC is spawning and is at the location it’s supposed to be but won’t give the quest.
