500 internal server error for most API endpoints on select characters

Hello API team,

I am getting 500 status code errors on specific characters, for many API endpoints (achievements, profile, etc.). Example is:

Character: Erzoolie, realm: Mal’ganis https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-us/character/us/malganis/erzoolie/

At the present this character is viewable in the armory but no information can be retrieved through the API. I am not sure if this is intended behavior but thought I would report it anyway.

The armory does not use the same API from the dev portal. I tried this character and it gives me a 403 not a 500.

If this character did not sign in after the last API changes it is an intended behavior.

What do you get from /status for those characters?
