Average time in queue: 4-6 mins.
Time in queue since I’ve gotten on? I’ve been on and off in queue for hours. Literally. Done several bg’s, etc. Tried logging in and out. Nada.
I am now sitting at 18 minutes and counting.
Any idea?
Note: I did probably dozen dungeons yesterday, no issue. This is isolated to just today.
Just tried a specific dungeon too. Now in queue for 12 minutes. Average time: 5 mins.

Update, 31 mins in queue, average wait time, 1 minute: Screenshot of wait time…33 mins and counting…
Bump. 55 mins and going.
Unfortunately posting here isn’t going to resolve anything for you. No Devs or anyone come here to collect data for issues. Customer Support is a forum for players to assist other players, with SFAs around to try and offer insight when they’re on the clock. Think of it more as an infodesk. To actually bring this to anyone’s attention, you’ll need to post in Bug Reports.
I just glanced through the past couple of hours worth of posts and the “Known Issue” log, and I’m not seeing anyone else at the moment in that brief glance with your particular issue. So I would absolutely advise you to post this there, so that the Devs and their CMs can make note that it’s something for them to look into.
