War Prot - Thunder Clap FPS problem

I was really excited to play as a protection tank, but I’ve been experiencing FPS performance issues every time I use Thunder Clap, the Warrior’s main skill. When I use the ability, I feel a slight stutter, maybe less than a second, but it significantly affects the gameplay experience. I’d like to know if anyone else has had this issue and if there’s any solution to it.
