Its been literally two months and this bug still exists and its messing with everysingle player who plays PvP in general, everytime you get a CC while casting Slicing Winds the skill breaks and you cant use it anymore, reloading dosent fix it, its NOT a UI glitch, since relog is the only way to fix it.
So please multi-bilion dollar company can you PLEASE write 4 lines of IF ELSE to fix it. thank you.
