On 02/28 exactly at the time when server latency was high due to Ddos attacks, I was completing a quest called ‘‘Essential Consumption’’ from the Balance of Power achievement quesline, and after the animation I should take another quest called ‘‘Repaid Debt’’ with the NPC Archmage Kalec but due to high latency, the quest did not come to my character and the NPC left the location, now I cannot continue the questline I am doing because I cannot deliver this quest ‘’ Repaid Debt’'.
