Make Arcane Concentration reduces the mana cost of healing runes, and also reworks rewind time.
My suggestion is that this Rune heals all damage received by ALL targets affected by Temporal Beacon
in the last 5 seconds (as it is today, but, affecting all targets), and also, resets the Temporal Beacon time to 15/30 seconds again.
Temporal Anomaly, needs to have its shield value increased OR at least grant the same shield value, in mana, every 2 seconds.
