Visit the gym or perhaps for some reason you don’t want to go to the gym, then do as I do.
You don’t have to go to the gym, but run in the forest. Pick up stones. Run with a heavy stone or do push-ups on the coniferous cover of a cedar forest, but most importantly, do not scare other people.
I ran out of the cedar forest with a large stone on my shoulder straight into the path along which two women were walking. I was carrying a large stone on my shoulder. Two women who were walking along the path at that time were very frightened, and then began to laugh… After I ran past them…
Perhaps they thought that I was a devil because there were pine needles from cedars on my clothes. Cedar is a beautiful tree. Here you are sitting in the forest under an old cedar tree that is 200 or 300 years old and at some point in time it begins to seem that the cedar is talking to you, that the tree is alive.
In the forest you catch this unusual state of peace and quiet. There are only old and ancient cedars all around. Beautiful trees. Everything around is covered in needles and cones, but you shouldn’t relax in the cedar forest. We find a heavy branch or stone that you can carry in your hands or on your shoulder.
This is called cross-country running and we run as long as you have enough strength… You can bring heavy and large branches into your house, and make a small path from which people walk in the forest, but then you will need a shovel.
It’s useful. Physical activity is important!
