Good day everyone, my dear friends!!!
Yes, today we will have a sports day.
There’s no point in relaxing. You need to pull yourself together and continue doing physical exercises that are good for your body and health!
Today I did ladder push-ups:
- First approach 40 times;
- Second approach 30 times;
- Third approach 30 times.
Today I continued with exercises to make my back stronger and stronger!
The upper back, biceps, and perhaps the trapezius or neck muscles work and connect here, which is also useful:
- First approach 15 times;
- Second approach 14 times;
- Third approach 13 times;
- Fourth approach 11 times;
- Fifth approach 10 times!
I thought that would be enough for today, since I do this for my health and to strengthen certain types of muscles in my body!
