SC "controlador de gráficos desactualizado"

Gracias por el apoyo, no se de computadoras pero estos son mis datos de la tarjeta, tengo entendido que es de 5ta generación no es la mas nueva pero tampoco tan antigua y aun con la actulizacion del miniparche sigo con el mismo problema de graficos desactualizados. Ayuda porfa

Hola Azulito. En tu caso tu tienes un controlador antiguo (version 10.18) y a diferencia de los que 3ra generacion para abajo, tu aún si puedes actualizar tus controladores.

Aqui te mando la liga para que descargues e instales los controladores más actuales que son version 15.40.

A la izquierda de la pantalla están las opciones de descarga. Elige el adecuado a tu sistema operativo y los bits (32 o 64)

Hola, yo encontré un driver para un i3 HD Graphics de 2da Generación, acabo de correr el juego, eso si tiene un pequeño lag gráfico, pero corre aún.

Hola, tengo exactamente el mismo problema. Ese mensaje no me deja ejecutar el Starcraft Clasico. Ni siquiera juego el remastered.

He podido actualizar el Direct X y he buscado las actualizaciones de mi Intel 4000 y aparece como que ya cuento con el driver más actualizado.

Espero puedan ayudarnos a solucionar este problema.

Hola Grumpy.
Ese chip grafico ya es muy antiguo para esta epoca.
De hecho Intel no tiene drivers “oficiales” para Windows 7, 8 o 10
Los drivers mas actuales son del 2016 y son para windows XP segun esta pagina oficial de Intel:

También hay una pagina “no oficial” donde presumen tener un driver actualizado de 2020. Puedes descargarlo y probarlo bajo tu propio riesgo.
Solo que no existe driver para win 10.

buenos dias espero que por lo menos te hayas tomado la molestia de informar a blizzard, ya que solo me diste malas noticias, por que es de primera generación según ya no habría soporte, pero a un así siempre jugaba sin problemas sin lag y sin ningún tipo de retraso, ni me drapeaba todo bien fluido, lo único, malo hasta ahora es ese parche eso es todo, y si lo quitan no seria mejor para todos los que están igual que yo. y si no por lo menos que le den prioridad a mi gráfica no soy el único con la misma por lo que me di cuenta.

ahora no se cual es peor si el virus del covid19 que llego y paralizo el pais, o este nuevo parche que me dejo sin poder jugar jajaja

Hola Vicebaker he seguido tus instrucciones descargando el de 64 bit y me sale que no es compatible con mi procesador y lo mismo con el de 32 bit, al usar el asistente tecnico automatico intel me sale:

No existen actualizaciones de controlador ni de software compatibles disponibles para su sistema.

Hay alguna otra pagina o modo que pueda hacer?

Si, ya lo informé.
La verdad no se si se le vaya a seguir dando soporte para esa grafica integrada. Tampoco quisiera darte falsas esperanzas con un mensaje tipo “no te preocupes, tarde o temprano lo van a arreglar” pero tampoco asegurarte que ya NO se le seguira dando soporte para Intel de 1a generacion.

No se si ya lo había mencionado en este hilo o en otro pero yo también fuí víctima de este caso hace unos 3 años. Yo antes tenia una PC vieja con una tarjeta de video AGP Saphire Radeon X1950 Pro de más de 10 años de antigüedad que a pesar de ser muy vieja, fue de gama alta en aquellos años alla por el 2007.

A pesar de ser vieja, aun podria seguir jugando Starcraft 2 y World of Warcraft (WoW). Con el paso del tiempo, Blizzard lanzó un parche significativo para WoW debido a que se venia la expansión de Legion y dijeron que iba haber muchas mejoras gráficas. Después de que se instaló ese parche ¡el juego se empezo a ver bastante mal! Ahi me di cuenta que los requisitos de sistema aumentaron y mi tarjeta de video YA NO soportaba el juego, así que tuve que dejarlo de jugar.

Me entristecí por eso pero también estuve consciente que mi hardware era ya obsoleto para seguir corriendo el juego. Asi que tuve que hacerme de una nueva PC pensando a futuro de que mi hardware me permita jugar juegos por bastantes años.

Algo que aprendi es que los juegos de Blizzard van mejorando conforme pasa el tiempo por medios de upgrades y parches. Dentro de esas mejoras están las mejoras gráficas y muchas veces implica de que los requisitos de sistema cambien. Esa es una razón más por la que yo detesto las laptops y notebooks: No te permiten mejorarlas. En cambio las PC de escritorio sí te lo permiten ya que con estas puedes mjeorarles todo: Procesador, tarjeta de video, disco duro, memoria ram, monitor, gabinete, ¡ufff! ¡tantas cosas!

Yo comprendo tu tristeza porque ya padeci lo mismo. Aun no se si Blizzard vaya tomar en cuenta a los jugadores con graficos Intel de 1era Generacion. Solo quiero prepararlos sicologicamente para lo que pueda venir en estos días.

¡Que raro! Deberia funcionar ese driver.
Lo que podrias hacer es otra altarenativa. Intenta ejecutar El Asistente de soporte de controladores Intel que te permitirá detectar automáticamente tu modelo de graficos y en base a eso te sugerirá instalar el driver indicado.

Para los que tienen otros modelos de graficos Intel, igual pueden intentar actualizar por este metodo esperando a que ayude en algo.

Hola Nahyguel. En tu caso no hay problema ya que tus graficos son de 4ta generación. Basta con ir a la página de Intel y descargar/instalar los controladores gráficos. Las ligas estan en comentarios anteriores míos.

Ya solucione, gracias!. Me contacte por chat con asistencia al cliente de intel y me hicieron la actualizacion de manera remota, mas bien comentame si tengo que cerrar permisos ahora para que no me hackeen xD

Si te actualizaron remotamente por medio de un programa, solo hay que cerrarlo y listo.
