Desde el ultimo parche tengo problemas con el juego en android con mi samsung galaxy s9 plus cada ves que termino una partida el juego se me cierra o tengo que reconectar, o tiene problemas para reconectar arranco con el ultimo parche

A mi me pasa algo similar en la pc y en Android. Después de cada partida tengo que reiniciar el juego por temas de conexión. No creo que sea la red que tengo porque otras aplicaciones funcionan normal.

hola, alguien mas le pasa que no puede abrir hs por que el launcher se desconecta cada rato??

me pasa igual, desde el pc el launcher se me deconecta cada 2 min y no puedo ni siquiera iniciar el juego, y en android se me desconecta después de cada partida.

En el cliente me sale un montón de códigos no carga las noticias y no aparece el botón de jugar y ayer cuando lo actualice se trababa el juego y tenia que reiniciarlo de nuevo.

yo estoy buscando la solución aquí y por tickets al soporte, no me dan ninguna solución e incluso dicen que es culpa de mi internet xd siendo que puedo ver videos en 1080 como si nada y que no soy el único caso, llevo mas de una semana sin jugar, que ineficiencia dios.

segun vi en los foros de NA, tambien hay algunos que les pasa lo mismo desde el parche de inicios de noviembre y blizzard aun no dice nada… yo reinstale el launcher y el juego pero sigue igual o peor, ahora se me desconecta mas a menudo el launcher… parece que hasta aqui llegue, f por la expansión

Si ahora esta así, estará peor el primer día de expansión.
Si se están desconectando de la aplicación de battle.net y el juego al mismo tiempo, pueden intentar lo que mencione en el hilo en Hearthstone me desconecta del internet - #31 de Sklinkorious ?
