Desde hace aproximadamente 2 semanas, el server de Brasil esta funcionando muy mal, la latencia que usualmente estaba entre 30 y 70, paso a ser de 160-220), que es casi lo mismo que jugar con el server de NA.
Mi conexión es estable, ya hice todos los chequeos, ademas, juego con varias personas y todos experimentamos el mismo problema de latencia, estando en diferentes ciudades/países.
Tengo exactamente el mismo problema, dependiendo del horario la latencia sube hasta más de 300 mseg. También hice los chequeos y no encontré inconvenientes en mi conexión.
Lo mismo… no sé bien que es winMTR, pero me pongo a verlo… gracias!!

muy difícil para mi… espero @sklinkorious, que te alcance con los 2 anteriores… perdona.
Mil disculpas por la demora en contestar aquí. Básicamente lo que es un WinMTR es una prueba que nos deja ver como está la conexión desde el ordenador a los servidores. Todavia están teniendo el problema? Revisando los WinMTR, si parece que sube la latencia al llegar a Brasil.
Si todavia está pasando el problema, ya probaron ver si usando otra conexión o VPN ayuda? No es solución si no es para revisar si ayuda eso.
