I have droped an item of Vyrs the helm, a day a go and I changed the property wrongly, can you guys help me putting the item in his original quality please, is really important to me due that I changed his property wrongly and is a primal Vyrs helm. Please help me out with this, I am really sad with it. Tks for your attention.

There is only one way to restore objects, and it is with a rollback (account re-restoration) and you must be lucky, because it cannot be returned at any point.
You can only do 3 rollback per account, so think about it.
It’s as MFPF mentions, there’s not too much that can be done. Rolling back may work if you’re lucky or if it’s a point before you go the item, you may lose it completely. Support has no way to revert items in the way you’re asking.
