Speck of Bronze Dust for the mount creation has not appeared in Az, Ur, or Ix for me.
Old Gods ordering of azeroth annotated has also not appeared in any of the 3 (this is for an achievement too so especially frustrating)
Looted a research chest key today but had nothing to use it on, not sure if that’s intended or a bug.
Between there being very little transparency on content like this and absolutely no information on your side of things, as well as a history of this patch and expansion being littered with bugs, i have genuinely no idea if any of these are intended or not.

For the research chest key, that is RNG on if you get a chest in the main room, some of my toons had it, some didnt. Some got the key, some didnt. You can also fish for the key in the Disgusting Vat. I believe the only difference between the chest with the keys and the normal chest is that I got the pet Bunbo out of it. For the Old Gods book, it is also RNG, i got it on my 3rd toon through the vaults and i think the other 2 vault books are almost always there if not always, so it is a work around if you have the alts. For the Speck of Dust, I feel like the items were meant to be more spread out over the weeks instead of giving us 4 of them the first week, as i have run the vaults on 5 characters that are all have the Egg of Unknown Contents. I guess for that all there is to is wait until Week 4 or 5 to see if there is something in those vaults.
