The teleporter looks like it does every other door on each level. You can drop down for level 3 but I cannot get to 4 of the doors on the top floor.
As a paladin, I had to use Divine Steed to jump from platform to platform to get the rest. It does however have its downsides, I missed one and died from the fall and now my teleport scroll is gone and i cant get back up. I got four more doors up there.
