So after submitting a ticket (and responding back to GM response to said tickets wherein the GM apparently didn’t bother to actually READ the ticket beyond skimming and assuming I’m an idiot who can’t read a guide…I’m getting frustrated. I’ve explained multiple times that I know there are multiple ways to access the top floor of the vault (the teleporter, the bubble lifter, the dragon jetpacks, the teleportation scrolls), it’s just that my specific problem is that I’ve opened literally every single door on floors 1-3 and the other than the flask that lets you skip across floors and the bubble lifter than lifts you up to the third floor (but NOT the top floor) there ARE NO other movement items spawned in this week’s vault for me, no teleporter, and no teleportation scrolls.
The dragon jetpacks don’t lift you high enough to get from floor 3 to 4 so I can’t finish this week’s vault despite having plenty of keys. In addition the crystal that gives you the arcane reflection buff (to get past the arcane sentry) isn’t spawned either. And I’ve checked every single room on floors 1-3 to make sure I’m not being a doof >_> It just seems really bad design to have RNG make it impossible to finish the vault because at least 1 item you need isn’t spawned on floors you can reach with the tools made available to you.
Not knowing what the response to your ticket, my thought is they requested you submit a bug report
Just to explainm this mainly a discussion and player driven help resource, not a bypass to the normal ticket or bug report system.
Basically the response was a link to a ‘helpful guide’ to the vaults (basically everything I already knew and had nothing to do with my actual problem) and saying that there were items I could use to get to the top floor (the teleportation scroll which I told them multiple times I knew all about, it’s just that it wasn’t spawned in my vault >_> so I figured they’re not actually reading the ticket. I’ll try the bug report thing, but it’s frustrating X.x;
Unfortunately, a GM probably couldn’t give you said items, you might have to detail what items are missing, and what you tried in this bug report.
Yeah, I figured an easy fix would’ve been just to give me the teleportation scroll, but if the crate that provides it just wasn’t spawning (or the arcane ward crystal) that could be the bug so I made a post in the bug report forum. I DID notice that I was granted the every door achievement so maybe they at least gave me that since I couldn’t finish this week’s vault.
That was listed as a hotfix last night, and probably not related to the ticket.

Achievements
- Fixed an issue where Every Door Everywhere All At Once was not always properly being rewarded. If you re-enter the vault with all doors open in that vault, you should now receive credit.
