Hello, I just wanted to bring up an issue in Azure Span where the latency lag is pretty bad. Anyone else experience this? Thoughts?
It’s the soup event mostly. Nukes the zone.
ah interesting ive heard a few theories and have my own, never thought of the soup tho!
I wanted to bring this up in case blizz doesnt know about it, hopfuly theyre workin on it
I thought it was just my wifi crapping out while I was doing races.
the whole world is in azure span
For real from the rep farm to the hyperspawn farm to the soup farm to the fish farm it never ends! altho i dont seem to have any latency issues in any other zone.
It’s actually the cobalt assembly rep farm everyone and their mom is doing for the 389 ring with a proc
It is a good ring I did it myself it pumps
hyperspawn farm? o= where
same, takes like 2 hours to farm too, not too bad
The gnolls. Cloth farm. Brackenhide. go into LFG customs for 2x4 Cloth farm
Oh, I specc’d into cloth gathering so i’m sitting at degen levels of cloth already xD
Im lovin this expansion i cant wait for mythics!
Bit of both. I know it gets real real bad when it’s soup time
Azure Span is just the main farming zone at least early in this expansion. It’s ring farmers at Cobalt, soup event in Iskaar, and cloth farming groups. Really, there’s a ton of people in the zone right now, more than any other because of where the early farm grinds are located.
yep lag latency is fine
loot lag flying lag
Between being the best zone for just about all gathering, it’s the home to the community feast and it has an outdoor torghast buff-fiesta with an attached pvp arena.
I just kind of remember developer Hazzikostas in an interview about how crazy the server has to work processing all the buffs. I can’t help but shed a few tears for a few of the server hamsters dying each day.
LOL they gotta give those hamsters roids
Azure Soup. I rarely even come to this zone because of it.
It’s nutty when the event ends, suddenly does the lag lmao.
