Good morning my Zombie Apocalypse friends! Hope you all slept well
 while you still can muahahahaaaa!

As someone who plans on surviving the apocalypse and RP’ing themes from The Walking Dead, if my group’s Survivor settlement is discovered and overrun by zombies and I get trapped with no way to escape, I’m just going to pop open a bottle of Volatile Rum and go full Merle Dixon. :joy_cat:

Aside from that, I thought of a really fun RP event idea. Even though most of you aren’t on RP servers, if anyone on your server has the quest turn-in that triggers Stitches in Duskwood, you should organize a herd of zombies to go meet him and invade Darkshire with him. Imagine seeing Stitches lumbering towards the town with a few dozen zombies walking by his side, destroying everything in their path. OMG :rofl:

Funny, I was excited to play Wrath again, then I saw the Zombie event. Hated it the first time. Thoroughly hated it in SL pre-patch when some idiot from GD followed me into Chromie time and spent the week destroying Halfhill because I said I was against the event. Figures I would just skip that week and let the PvP kiddies have their kicks trolling other players and come back to a fresh server and start over again.

Then I found out there are NO fresh PvE servers.

Most of the things I was excited about Wrath are gone and not going to be added. Its like they are making the game for people that are the exact opposite of me.

If I want to play a classic game, I guess I will just spend time in P99 and leave Wrath Classic to the PvP kids

Very few PvP on P99. I dont play Red and I dont turn in to the POD.

M history started with EQ when it started. Only fools PvP’d there

Well, interesting. In a thread where people were talking nonsense about the Zombie Invasion, this pops in and attempts to brood disharmony by saying how bad EVERYTHING is. People are even ending sentences with prepositions.
Well TOO BAD, my brains were munched earlier in this thread. So THERE!
It’s part of the event. People will try to avoid the plague, and others will see whom they can infect. Of course, there will be some who don’t even follow the news and will be clueless casualties rather quickly .
Reminds me of getting the “Stood in the Fire achievement” back in the day. One ingenious player got the achievement by standing on the bitter edge of the fire and posted the event on the “Picture of the Day”.
Point is, simply look for ways to make the game exceptional. There is not need to rain on someone else’s parade. Not that we don’t want you to speak your mind, please do. Just don’t be so hard on people are trying to make the most of it.

I really hate having to repeat this, there is NO PLAGUE. Look around. Nobody is sick. Nobody is even mildly feverish. There is simply no justification for all of this hype.
No Plague, No Isolation, No “Having to Show my Helmet” just to enter town.
You all are going to look rather foolish after a couple of weeks when you’re all hiding in the hills and the rest of Azeroth is continues as it always has.
All this gloom of a oncoming plague is sickening.
