Zombie invasion makes game unplayable!

Please don’t, no thanks to people like you we end up with half the zombie apocalypse should have and for only a week. I wanted a full blown zombie invasion like they had on the PTR, but instead here we are.

I pay too you know and my $$$ says I want a zombie invasion, yeh, it’s about as dumb an argument as OP.

That does not solve the problem of doing my daily quests. Going back to attempt and die yet again is not fun.

Any pandas seeking refuge can come to my place. I did overrun the Jade Serpent Temple earlier with ghouls, but that’s all behind me now.

Well there are quite a few players who feel the same way. This needs to end now. Let players opt in with WM. That is what Blizzard said would happen and now they have changed it.

Where my daily quests are there are swarms of zombies

Okay, am I doing something wrong, or like is it cause I play low pop servers? I’ve been to the big cities. Not only don’t I get flagged, but I don’t even see any zombies. I mean, it’s pretty much a win for me, but I was kind of hoping to see the spectacle before yeeting off to Dalaran for the week.

Omg… People have been complaining all week, ‘where are the zombies!?’ now they’re here and we get ‘aaaaahhhhh, get rid of the zombies!’ wt actual f people

2. Double Tap

When in doubt, don’t get stingy with your bullets.

Most zombies won’t die from just one hit unless it’s a shot to the head, and it will instead get up in very little time - and will then bite you. The most effective way to prevent this is to take a second shot/hit to their head which will stop them from attacking again, and surely one more shot can’t do too much harm! For this to work, you will need at least two shots in your gun at all times so you can double tap without having to worry about reloading in time (you usually won’t get that time). Luckily, the second shot should be easier as the first shot should take the zombie to the floor and temporarily prevent the zombie from moving

Of course. That’s why they have it only for a week, because this kind of feature is a very strong love/hate thing. It’s massively polarizing.

I dislike it, but I expected it, so I didn’t expect to play this week, and so I am ok with it – let the folks who like this kind of thing enjoy it I guess. I will come back for SL launch.

Opt in or opt out would not give those of us who want to opt in half a Zombie Invasion!

I love all you people.

The same things were said during the first Zombie Invasion in Wrath of the Lich King.

Glad to know that the same feelings are felt in 2020. Yes the Cyber Bullies Tears will flow when people don’t log in to be griefed and the Developers will be throwing up their lunches with the amount of loss happening to their Time Played Metrics.

I will say it again. PVE players chose PVE for a reason. If we wanted to PVP, we’d be on PVP realms. GET OVER IT!

Well, this has been said to exhaustion before but Blizzard cannot leave those who want to be turning other people into zombies alone on the map just killing themselves.

A beta-worthy event for azerith.

We don’t want to get rid of them. We just want an opt in or opt out available.

Yeah, I’m fine with players infecting each other and trivial NPCs out in the world. But when I literally can’t do my daily wizard chores because zombies killed the NPC I need to buy something from I don’t consider that fair. When my characters below level 50 are one-shot by zombies that appear to be their own level but obviously are overpowered I don’t consider that fair. When I’m forced to flag for PVP I don’t consider that fair. I’ll be putting in a GM ticket to pause my subscriptions until this event is over.

Actually when the ICE AGE struck the world it was the skinny minnies that all died, the more buff people survived the ICE AGE.

That’s why there is more robust people in the world and less skinny minnies. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:
