Zoing into OLD raid not using the current set up

I went into ICC set it 25m heroic right before i went in . and it resets it self to 25normal didn’t notice this till i killed the first boss. Checked my settings it still shows 25 man heroic but at top right it says normal this has happen now 3 times this month on different characters … charge a premium for this game and so many things not working correctly. And before anyone says this character has cleared ICC many times.

feedback to sense its impossible to navigate the in game support window now . that being said the in game support window has been the worst it has ever been just takes your around in circles and circles and half the time you have to reopen it 2-3 times to get it to load.

You can move this over to Bug Report or the Raids subforum but there isn’t anything Customer Support can do.

In the future, it never hurts to double check the raid setting. It will tell you in the chat box what difficulty it is. If it’s not right, simply walk out and set it to something else then back to what you wanted it to be.

Typically this happens if you did a raid prior that didn’t have H25 man (ie Ulduar raid) and then entered ICC.
