I completed the BFA intro quests and already spoke to Zidormi in Tirisfal to go back in time. While questing, I took the translocation orb in Silvermoon to Undercity. It placed me in the modern timeline. I can speak to Zidormi but the clickable dialog box to return to the past is missing.
