Can you skip the campaign quest line if it’s done on a different character? What’s the protoform synthesis grind looking like today?

Yea if you’ve done it once on your account it’s skinbbale. As for prototorm during DF they stealth nerfed the drop rate of genesis motes hard. You get one to three max from things.
Did they? That sucks. I need another 7k to make all the pets, just haven’t been motivated to bother.

You need like 8000 for all the mounts, that sounds dubious
More like daunting. I’m halfway done with the mounts but I made them during SL. I still go back so estimes to farm motes and the drop rates are so so low that it discourages me and I leave
Wasn’t there some weekly quest in that weird teleport structure that would give you motes

Oof. I did not know that. I’m about 3/4 the way done with all pets and mounts, but if they pinched the mote drop rate, I am not looking forward to finishing.

Same, I really liked that place. And I also liked that it let me complete the world pvp quests without flagging myself lmao.
There was always a couple of people who wouldn’t use the action bar thingy when the world bosses began to dominate everyone. Free kills!

Wouldn’t you easily have enough genesis motes by the time you’ve farmed the very rare components? Some of them have awful drop rates and only drop from a very specific (and small) group of enemies.
