Zenk'aram, Iridi's Anadem Guide?

How do i obtain the Shadow Priest Legion legendary Zenk’aram, Iridi’s Anadem in retail’s current release? I know it shares an appearance with Balespider’s Hood and Flickering Cowl, but i have none of these and think it would be cool to transmog it and have the tooltip say “Transmogrified as Zenk’aram, Iridi’s Anadem”.

Arcanomancer Vridiel in the Legion Dalaran blacksmithing shop sells Legion legendaries for 1000 Waking Essence each.

Get 1000 Waking Essence from Legion content, or just get lucky and get it.
