I just completed Zekvir’s Lair for the first time and Brann opened the treasure room but it was empty. I found a post https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/366452 that says this has been fixed but…it isn’t, at least not anymore.

Just had the same thing happen. no loot chests from ?
got loot off him though for the cape cosmetic
Same thing on first completion two days ago and then again today. No loot chest in either case. Nothing lootable from him either on second run through.
The same thing happened to me… and for me, the achievement disappeared.
