Its just weird you sought out a WA just for that spell vs being more efficient lol.
And tbh if it got you the kill, grats. But my bigger argument was calling for nerfs when a majority of your attempts were fails due to user error.
That and claiming to have amazing awareness when 70-75% of your attempts were from lack of awareness and further proving the lack if awareness by needing a WA for a singular cast.
If anything I would have assume the heal would have been the game breaker, not spittle.
Meh you just aren’t listening to what is being said.
You claim flawless awareness when your own points prove otherwise.
Call for nerfs when it was your own fault.
Then of course being overly defensive and calling people clowns… all point to you being the troll.
Yeah I keep DBM out of habit at this point; seeing as I don’t raid, and they’re all but useless to me in M+.
Me expecting them is what got me killed early on. And I didn’t know how to find them at first when I went looking, cuz I could barely configure DBM worth a damn. Can’t even now.
I dunno if it’s driven by that but I agree that people shouldn’t be focusing on your number of attempts.
You got the fight down. Plenty of people out there are still struggling and have likely died much more than you on the fight total. You should ignore that kind of response and focus on the productive ones.
I personally don’t think the fight needs nerfed. I think they need to build these fights a bit more appropriately for all specs to be able to tackle them. Nobody should be able to clear 11s but literally have a 0% chance at ??.
It’s assumed that you will be capable and willing to play one spec of your class’s three to comfortably approach the fight. That’s not great.
big wigs gives precise information while dbm shouts for every single thing. Bigwigs in general is more configurable, and does pings and pongs over the stupid voice stuff DBM has like “run away little girl!” and bigwigs is overall more minimal with the ability to emphasize certain mechanics if needed.
Unironic opinion would probably be DBM for someone who has like zero awareness of what’s going on, bigwigs for someone that already has some awareness and knows how to play.
(I’ve also had experiences in raid where people who are using DBM have the addon fighting their weakaura’s that are required for a fight so there’s that as well.)
I know this is an extra ask but WtB interrupts baseline for everyone in S2. This having to change talents is bad enough. Having to change specs so you can change talents so you can have an interrupt is even worse (in the case of priests).
Thanks for that, but that seems to be a balance druid… or at least that’s what the title says. I only looked for a few seconds but the eggs show 7.8m HP which lines up with him being a DPS class.
In any case, I’ve only given it about 5 tries, and haven’t adjusted my spec at all, so I have plenty left to try before I give up
If you’re trying “blindly” you aren’t changing specs until you adjust to the fight lol. “Going in blind” means you aren’t aware of any strat for the fight. So, no, you would not be following any strategy other than the one you build as you progress through the fight.
If you are using a build and strat specifically tailored for the fight then you are by definition not going in blind.
