RNG can be like that. I’ve also received mostly duplicates from my bountiful chests the past week or so - but sometimes that’s how the dice land.
I still haven’t paid his lair a visit, so maybe I ought to do that and beat him up as revenge for my poor luck.

Let me kill Zekvir on ?? difficulty at least before they do anything too crazy to him…I’d like that void tint at least lol. Now…if only Brann could keep aggro so he stops punching me in the face already

It wasn’t a challenge before and was pretty easy on the first ? before nerfs
Let him punch you and let brann heal you, once you get to p2 he punches you a lot less and it’s a lot safer as long as you keep dodging.
Shadow has all the tools for this fight and is genuinely one of, if not the best spec in the game for it. GL!

have fade to remove every spit, long cd interrupt which means he casts less, focused will. boss probably just hits you really soft because you’re in cloth >:(
meanwhile I had to struggle with brann not dispelling me and dying to rocks and orbs in phase 2

I dunno, dude was smacking me for a third of my HP before. Would say it took some effort.
Gotta be honest doing it after the nerfs I just kinda ran around in circles killing adds til it died. Doable as low as 580 ilvl on “??” at least.
Glad I got it done pre nerf, wish bliz had made changes to it on a spec by spec basis instead of this universal sledgehammer.
Meanwhile I lost more than one run in 2 seconds because I got crit twice back to back. As a 608 evoker so it’s not like I have low armor or anything.
I didn’t think he was that bad, my main issue was having a hard time with the burst required for the eggs (as affliction at least), you can get through some with CD’s or getting lucky with procs/placement, but eventually you’re going to end up eating some stuns.
I just went in there and practiced a little to make sure mechanically i had it under control, even though i was falling behind on egg duty, so i purchased a flask and a few potions, went back in and killed it before the flask expired. Then they nerfed the hell out of it the next day

They need to nerf his idiotic Auto Attacks and thats it.
Classes that dont have good or at least decent self sustain just cant take him at all without some ridiculous RNG.
He by no means should be doing like half’s people HP with an auto attack.
It’s severely nerfed now… I did it twice pre-nerf and it’s just a joke of a fight now.
This really depends on what class you are doing it on now. Some are definitely going to have a far easier time than others.
They should at the very least remove the ability of his auto attacks to crit.
Sounds like you just need to get some Defense gear. Once you’re at the Defense cap, they won’t be able to crit you anymore.
