Zandalarian Hero Charm Bug?

So everyone knows the classic Zandalarian Hero Charm. Great trinket.

I noticed that when I pop ZHC, my starfall eats all of the “charges” on the trinket. Within a second or two i lose the trinket buff.

Is this intended? I know it says with each spell cast it’ll use a charge, but that seems kind of silly that it counts every star in starfall as a cast.

Thoughts?

Yeah, I’ve noticed this.
Not sure if it is bugged or intended.

Each tick counts as a spell cast. Working as intended. Don’t cast it with starfall.
