Do the Zandalari trolls have the same animations as the Darkspear?

The Females share some animations with their Darkspear cousins.

Males on the other hand share certain animations with Night Elves.

But most animations for Zandalari are specifically their own animations that were made for them.

Thought of changing my panda monk to fem zandalari but the options for zandalari are so limited and also dont wear shoes!

This is interesting, I don’t plan on playing zandas but I’ll probably make one just to compare the animations.

It’s neat that they received a mix of troll, night elf and their own animations

Actually, the male Zandalari casting animation is the same as the Darkspear animation.

Yeah. Like most allied races, Zandalari Trolls are based off of an already existing player race skeleton. The females shared a skeleton with the Darkspear, while the males shared a skeleton with the Night Elves. Over time though the Zandalari we’re given their own unique animations, including their own unique dance!

I really hope Blizz eventually looks back at the older allied races and updates their animations and gives them their own dance. Have you ever /applaud as a female Nightborne? it doesn’t fit the race at all lol.

I mean to be fair, nothing about this abomination of a nightborne model fits the actual race lmao, the only thing that fits is the heritage armor…

Sad but true.

Its a shame how they handled playable Nightborne. They had so much potential.
